Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-14 business days depending on customs.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging with hangtags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that limited edition collaboration items are final sale.
Are Sprayground bags water-resistant?
Most of our backpacks are crafted from durable 900D Poly water-resistant fabric to protect your gear from the elements, though they are not fully waterproof for submersion.
How can I verify if my bag is authentic?
Every authentic Sprayground product comes with a specific hangtag containing a unique QR code or holographic sticker. You can scan this to verify your bag's authenticity on our official website.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a limited 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper cleaning.
